1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of StocksClue, including the website, account area, dashboards, market-data displays, analytical tools, scanners, charts, signals, educational material and other related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing the Service, submitting a payment, or using any paid or free feature, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating or maintaining your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity performed through your account. Do not share, sell, rent, transfer or otherwise provide your account to another person.

You must promptly notify StocksClue if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe that the account is being misused, shared, created using false information, or used in violation of these Terms.

3. Nature of StocksClue

StocksClue is a technology and market-analysis platform designed to present market information and analytical outputs in an organized form.

Depending on the plan and availability, the Service may include option-chain analysis, open-interest analysis, intraday OI information, multi-timeframe analysis, FII/DII data, market scanners, stock scanners, charts, watchlists, trading-related analytics, image-based analysis and other analytical tools.

The Service does not itself execute trades, hold customer funds, provide brokerage services, or act as a stock exchange or depository.

A signal, scanner result, indicator, score, chart, alert, prediction, target, trend indication or other analytical output is an algorithmic or informational output and must not be treated as a guarantee of future price movement or investment performance.

4. Important Securities-Market and Regulatory Disclosure

Unless StocksClue expressly identifies a specific regulated entity and provides its applicable registration details, StocksClue should not be understood as representing that it is a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, SEBI-registered Research Analyst, stock broker, portfolio manager or other regulated securities-market intermediary.

Nothing on the Service should be interpreted as personalized investment advice, portfolio management, a recommendation to buy, sell or hold a particular security, a solicitation to trade, or a promise of profit.

If StocksClue or any related entity/person provides a regulated service in the future, that service will be subject to the applicable registration, disclosures and regulatory requirements.

Users must independently assess whether any information or analytical output is suitable for their circumstances and must obtain advice from an appropriately qualified and registered professional where required.

5. Market Risk and No Guarantee of Returns

Trading and investing in securities and derivatives involve substantial risk, including the possibility of losing part or all of the capital committed.

Options, futures and leveraged or derivative transactions can result in rapid losses and may involve risks substantially greater than the amount initially expected by a user.

Past performance, historical patterns, backtests, probabilities, technical indicators, open-interest changes, market activity, FII/DII data or any other analytical metric do not guarantee future results.

StocksClue makes no representation or warranty that any signal, analysis, alert, prediction, scanner or market-data interpretation will be profitable, accurate, timely or suitable for any particular user.

6. Market Data, Availability and Accuracy

Market information may be obtained from third-party data providers, APIs, public sources, exchanges or other external systems.

We aim to present useful and timely information, but data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, incorrectly mapped, interrupted or affected by provider, network, exchange or technical issues.

Displayed prices, volumes, open interest, FII/DII information, option-chain values, timestamps and analytical calculations should be independently verified before being relied upon for a trading decision.

StocksClue does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, error-free or real-time availability of every market-data feature.

7. Plans, Subscriptions and Access

Certain features require a paid plan. Plan names, prices, durations, included features and availability are displayed on the pricing page or during the purchase process.

A subscription grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the included features during the applicable subscription period.

Unless a plan expressly states otherwise, subscriptions are for a fixed period and do not automatically renew. A new payment is required to continue access after expiry.

We may change plan prices, features, limits or availability for future purchases. Changes will not retroactively alter a paid period that has already been confirmed, except where required for security, legal or operational reasons.

8. Manual UPI Payments and Payment Verification

StocksClue may accept manual UPI payments where the payment instructions on the website provide a designated UPI ID or QR code.

After making a payment, a user may be asked to provide the transaction/UTR number and a payment screenshot through the designated support channel, including the official StocksClue Telegram support account.

A payment screenshot or user-submitted UTR is not, by itself, confirmation that funds have been received. Payment is considered verified only after StocksClue manually confirms the transaction.

Account access for a manually paid plan may remain pending until payment verification is completed.

Users must not submit fabricated, altered, reused or fraudulent payment evidence. Suspected fraud may result in rejection of the payment request, suspension or termination of the account, and further action where appropriate.

Users should pay only the amount displayed for the selected plan and should retain their original transaction record until the payment has been verified.

9. Refunds, Cancellations and Access

Because subscription access is a digital service, a refund is not automatically guaranteed after access has been activated.

Refunds, where offered, will be handled according to the refund terms communicated for the applicable plan and any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

If a payment was made but cannot be verified, the user should contact support and provide the transaction/UTR details so the payment can be investigated.

If a payment is accidentally duplicated, incorrectly charged or otherwise requires reconciliation, the user should contact support with the relevant transaction details.

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, account sharing, unlawful use, serious violation of these Terms or other security-related reasons.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, source code, interface design, branding, logos, text, graphics, proprietary calculations, analytical methodologies, databases, documentation and original content, is owned by or licensed to StocksClue and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your subscription does not transfer ownership of any part of the Service to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, resell, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, systematically extract, commercially exploit or create a competing service from the Service or its protected content without written authorization.

11. Acceptable Use

You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not attempt to bypass authentication, subscription restrictions, rate limits or other security controls; interfere with the Service; introduce malicious code; probe or attack our infrastructure; scrape protected data at scale; impersonate StocksClue; or use another person's account without authorization.

You must not use the Service to commit fraud, manipulate payment verification, distribute unlawful content or violate the rights of another person.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may depend on or link to third-party services, including market-data providers, authentication infrastructure, hosting providers, analytics tools, payment/UPI services, messaging platforms and Telegram.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. StocksClue is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, security or policies of third-party services.

Where a payment is made through a bank, UPI application or other payment provider, the provider's own records and terms also apply.

13. Service Changes, Suspension and Maintenance

We may update, improve, replace, restrict, suspend or discontinue features of the Service from time to time.

Maintenance, exchange holidays, third-party outages, security incidents, infrastructure failures and events outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not warrant that the Service or any market data, analysis, signal, scanner, chart, alert, calculation or content will always be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StocksClue and its owners, operators, employees, contractors and service providers will not be responsible for losses arising from trading or investment decisions, market movements, loss of capital, missed opportunities, data delays, inaccurate third-party data, service interruption, unauthorized access caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, or reliance on information presented through the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law, including where such exclusion would be unlawful.

16. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties or our legal rights, including in cases of fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful activity or material breach of these Terms.

Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, payment, disclaimer, liability and dispute-related provisions.

17. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the StocksClue Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described in that Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, business practices, technology or applicable legal requirements.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to mandatory rights and protections available to users under applicable law.
